IMPACT YOUTH REVIVAL
The 2008 Community Impact Youth Revival “Taking a Stand” EPH 644 sponsored by Evergreen Bible Way Church, Pastor Steven Mason and First Bible Way Church, Pastor Robert Christmas continues Thursday-Friday, July 24-25 at 7 p.m. at Evergreen Bible Way, 1576 Evergreen Road, Louisa.  For more information call 540-967-2784.

VBS AT CALVARY BAPTIST
Calvary Baptist Church, 19076 Monrovia Road, will hold Vacation Bible School continues through Friday, July 25 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. for ages three through sixth grade. The theme is “Living God’s Unshakeable Truth.“ For more information call 672-9041 or 854-4348.

SHILOH CHURCH
Shiloh Church of the Brethren, Middle River Road (Rt. 667) will host revival services through July 25 with the Rev. Garnett Myers from Pennsylvania as guest speaker. Special music at 7 p.m., followed by the message at 7:30. Homecoming is Sunday, July 27 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a covered-dish meal. Everyone is welcome. For information call 540-948-4962.

ISAIAH HOUSE SOCCER CAMPS
Free soccer camps will be held at Isaiah House, 19106 Constitution Highway this summer for ages 5 to 9 through Friday, July 25 from 9-11 a.m. and for ages 10 and up Monday-Friday, July 28-Aug. 1 from 9-11 a.m. Please call pastor/coach Dwane Pugh to signup at 672-9867.
FEED MY SHEEP
“Feed My Sheep” is a community outreach ministry of various local individuals and churches, currently providing a monthly free lunch, a community swap of goods and services, and other emergency aid, in response to Jesus’ call, with the vision that no one within 15 miles of Gordonsville go hungry in body or spirit. The July lunch will be held Saturday, July 26 at Gordonsville Baptist Church at the corner of High Street and Gordon Avenue. Lunch will be offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Come out and fellowship with us as you are, and bring a friend. For more information or for a ride, call Barbara Drinkwater at 832-3368.

YOUTH DAY PROGRAM
The Youth Ministry of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Nasons, will have a Youth Day program Saturday, July 26 at 3 p.m. with Minister Debra Hampton and singers as special guests. Join us and help lift up praises in the name of Jesus. Refreshments served following the service.

SHADY GROVE BAPTIST
Family and Friends Day weekend at Shady Grove Baptist Church will be Saturday, July 26 for a picnic and Sunday, July 27 a 3 p.m. worship service. The Rev. Joseph Moore, pastor of Fifth Street Baptist Church, Lynchburg, will be special guest. All are welcome.

UNION BAPTIST
Union Baptist Church, Trevilians, will have their annual Family and Friends Day weekend July 26-27. Fun time begins with a cookout Saturday at 12-noon followed by a battle between the ladies and gentlemen in water-play, so bring your biggest water blasters. Sunday, July 27 at 3 p.m. Minister Quenton Trice from Zion Baptist Church, North Garden and the Mt. Hope Baptist Church Choir will be special guests.

NAZARETH BAPTIST
Men’s Day will be held Sunday, July 27 at Nazareth Baptist Church, 115 E. Church Street, Orange, with guest speaker, the Rev. Clifford Waller from Rock Hall Baptist Church. He will be accompanied by his choir, ushers and congregation. Lunch served following the morning worship service.

GOSPEL SING IN RAPIDAN
The fifth annual Waddell Presbyterian Church Gospel Sing is Sunday, July 27 at 4 p.m. on the river at Emmanuel Church in Rapidan. This year, according to organizer, the Rev. Charles McRaven, area choirs have been invited to join the local individuals and groups. The event will be a covered-dish dinner on the grounds at Emmanuel, co-sponsor of the gospel sing with Waddell last year as well. Several area choirs have been invited, but the event is open to all. EMANUEL BAPTIST
Emanuel Baptist Church will have Sunday School Day Sunday, July 27, at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Arthur Greene of Swift Ford Baptist Church, Madison, as special guest speaker. Lunch will be served.

TRINITY UM CHURCH
Vacation Bible School at Trinity United Methodist Church, 143 W. Main St., Orange, will be held July 27-31 beginning at 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 27 and from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday for preschoolers and up. CHRISTIAN

MT. CALVARY BACK-TO-SCHOOL EVENT
The youth from Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Nasons invites you to a Community Back-to-School event on Saturday, Aug. 2 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Prospect Heights Middle School old football field. We are asking each church, organization or business to sponsor one item on the back-to-school list or to make a contribution. Any contribution you make is appreciated; please keep in mind that this is a community event for our children. We will have free hot dogs, potato chips and drinks and free school supplies. DEPRESSION RECOVERY SEMINAR
Beginning Tuesday, Aug. 19 at 7 p.m. a Depression Recovery Seminar with Dr. Neil Nedley’s DVD Lectures with workbook and discussions will be held in the basement fellowship hall at Orange Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 212 Peliso Avenue. WOMEN IN WORSHIP CONFERENCE
Registration is open for the third annual Women in Worship Conference to be held in Fredericksburg Sept. 26-27 sponsored by Wayland Blue Ridge Women’s Auxiliary and Friends.
