Think of His goodness!
Goodness may be defined in many different ways, such words as benevolence, purity, virtue, uprightness, worth and kindness. Goodness consists not in the outward things we do, but in the inward things we are. The influence comes from God. We must be made good, before we can do good; we must be made just, before our works can please God; for when we are justified by faith in Christ, then comes good works. Sharing, caring, adapting and surviving are associated with goodness. To share joy is to show love, to show love is to know God, to know God is to do good, to do good is to spread happiness. Trust has to be included. When are we going to start trusting our fellowman, young and old, who have sometime or another done wrong but have paid the price of their downfall and have been sent back out into society to right the wrong they had done or to turn their life around? Can we find it in our hearts to trust a little more? It may be your child, your loved one that may have strayed away from their upbringing. Satan is forever roaming the earth. Don’t give them hope by hiring them on a job after he or she has been truthful about their past and then coming from the top, fire the person. He or she may have been the one that could have helped some boy or girl going in the wrong direction. Put your trust in God and ask Him for guidance. He won’t let you down. Give these people a chance.
