Lynnie Bresnahan was crowned the 2008 Miss Orange County Friday night. The contest, staged annually by the Orange Lions Club, drew more than two dozen contestants. Meredith Dempsey was first runner-up and Erin Fowler was second runner-up. Winners of the two random scholarships were Kathryn Baker and Ashleigh Conrad. Jenny Fernandez was chosen Miss Congeniality.
