Gators improve times, but fall to fast Fluvanna swimmers

Splash! The Gordonsville Gators (GVG) dove in and swam against the Fluvanna Area Swim Team (FAST) Wednesday, June 18. The Gators swam their best, but could not stand up against FAST, whose team was almost triple the size of the Gators. But this did not stop the FAST team from being extremely friendly and welcoming to everyone. Their sportsmanship shined through when they shook hands with the Gators at the beginning and throughout the meet. All of the Gators felt extremely welcome at the meet, and they would like to thank the FAST team for that.
Head coach Paul Spencer would also like to congratulate the Gators for their 57 time improvements from the previous meet.
